Công ty TNHH Công nghệ Năng lượng Mặt trời JA (“JA Solar”) là đối tác giải pháp năng lượng xanh được khách hàng toàn cầu tin cậy. Ông Baofang Jin, nhà sáng lập kiêm chủ tịch Hội đồng quản trị của công ty, đã tiên phong bước vào ngành công nghiệp quang điện (PV) vào năm 1996, ban đầu tập trung vào kinh doanh thanh silicon và wafer silicon. Năm 2005, ông thành lập JA Solar để bắt đầu sản xuất pin mặt trời. Công ty được niêm yết trên NASDAQ vào năm 2007. Đến năm 2010, JA Solar đã mở rộng chuỗi công nghiệp hạ nguồn sang lĩnh vực mô-đun, và vào năm 2012, công ty tiếp tục mở rộng sang sản xuất điện mặt trời, qua đó thiết lập một chuỗi sản xuất tích hợp theo chiều dọc. Sau khi tư nhân hóa và hủy niêm yết khỏi NASDAQ vào năm 2018, JA Solar đã hoàn tất việc niêm yết cổ phiếu A trên Sở giao dịch chứng khoán Thâm Quyến vào năm 2019 (Mã chứng khoán: 002459). Nơi thành lập và nơi đăng ký niêm yết của công ty đều ở huyện Ninh Tân, tỉnh Hà Bắc. JA Solar đã thành lập nhiều cơ sở sản xuất trên toàn cầu và sở hữu 16 công ty kinh doanh ở nước ngoài. Công ty đã xây dựng một chuỗi công nghiệp năng lượng mới toàn diện bao gồm wafer silicon, cell, module, hệ thống lưu trữ năng lượng, phát triển và vận hành nhà máy điện mặt trời, cũng như vật liệu và thiết bị PV. Sản phẩm của JA Solar được bán và bảo trì tại 178 quốc gia và khu vực trên toàn thế giới. Tính đến cuối nửa đầu năm 2025, tổng khối lượng vận chuyển cell và module đã đạt gần 300GW, nằm trong số các công ty hàng đầu thế giới trong nhiều năm liên tiếp.
