Easy to Use

The device can automatically identify the type of inverter and set the appropriate bus voltage accordingly, raising the voltage to 350V for a 220V inverter and to 570V for a 380V inverter.

Automatic Switching Between Grid Power and Solar Power (PV)

This function can be achieved by connecting both the grid power and solar power, and then setting parameter P15.32 to 0 (automatic switch). When the solar power voltage is lower than the setting at P15.33, the system uses grid power. When the solar power voltage is higher than P15.34, the system automatically switches to using solar power.

Cost Reduction

The device can help reduce costs by decreasing the number of solar panels needed. The table below shows the number of solar panels required for systems with and without the booster (using 250W solar panels as an example).

25 year linear performance warranty

We guarantee your Canadian solar panels will reach their expected performance for 25 years. Specifically as follows: ensure that the product capacity is not less than 98% of the capacity stated on the panel in the first year. ensure that the capacity reduction per year is not more than 0.55% from year 2 to year 25 and the output power should not be less than 84.8% of the capacity stated on the panel label in year 25.

PICC insurance

The insurance program covers the official terms of Canada Solar, Inc.’s warranty, covering technical failures of PV modules that affect output and panel performance.

During the warranty period, if the panel has a technical defect from the manufacturer, immediately PICC Insurance will cover the entire cost. PICC insurance is committed that the coverage shall not be irrevocable for 25 years (even if Canadian Solar defaults or goes bankrupt).
